I am a student. This is a place where I will share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

What is something you are proud of or have found interesting in your learning recently?

Our Tōtara goal has been Responding Appropriately, what does this mean to you?

How can you show Responding Appropriately?
- Example- mrs Hunter told us that the ministry of education had decided to give every new building air con i wispered to my friend ,
finally and she said to respond apropriatly.

Camp reflection
WAINUI CAMP, 2018
What is your best memory of Tōtara camp?
- Having dinner with my friends while watching the sun set through the windows
Wainui is one of the best places to go to watch the sunset so far on my list, its nice
to just relax and eat dinner with your friends and just catch up on everything.

What challenged you on camp and how did you get through this challenge?
- When we did high ropes I couldn't reach the top of the ladder and it frustrated me alot
but my friends and instructors made me feel better about it and i tried once more and i got
it.
How did you show Active Listening on camp and why was it important? but my friends and instructors made me feel better about it and i tried once more and i got
it.
- i showed active listening when we were in the hall and dining area by reminding my self over and over don't talk over the teachers/instructors, it is very important in camp to listen to your instructors during activities because of health and safety reasons

Tue 20th Feb
Dear Mr Hipkins
My name is Sophie Renee and I attend Kns
I am writing this letter to you because the heat in our Tiwai senior hubs have been very humid.
And since you are such a great person we knew we could come to you for this small favor.
Approximately 136 children run into class from a scorching hot lunchtime.
All hot all sweaty and have to squish onto the mat all hot all sweaty and all want some fresh air.
Air conditioning would help us learn more and the heart wouldn't bother us. on that note i would like to thank you for listening.
Yours sincerely,
Sophie Renee

What challenged me over the last week and why?
|
| I would have to say writing even though I love writing this week in writing I had a few things that were in my way for instance - one day I got sick and it slowed me down from my learning mostly my writing there were a few things I missed |
How did I overcome these challenges or what do I need to do to
overcome them in the future?
|
| I think A way I could overcome this problem is to stay up to date with my learning and ask questions when I need the help |
What is my personal goal for next week? To use more active listening and finishing thingbefore the teacher s
|
| To use more active listening when in class and even at home and to finish work in a sertain period of time |

this by...
